  • What does Soehnle do with my data?

    Your personal data are used only for administration and assignment of the user account. The data collected by the Soehnle Connect products is used only for display in the app.

  • Who has access to my data?

    Only selected Soehnle team members. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

  • When I delete the app, do I then also delete my data?

    Depending on the operating system you are using, your data will be deleted entirely from your smartphone if you decide to delete the app. When you re-install the Soehnle Connect App, you may not be able to use the data again. However, individual operating systems are set so that the user data remain stored on the local device. This would have to be checked in each individual case. If you registered on the server, your data will be retained there.

  • How long will my data be stored for?

    The data remain stored until you delete your user account or request us to delete your data.

  • On which server are my data stored?

    Your data are stored on a German server and is thus subject to German and European data protection laws.
