  • The air flow is insufficient.

Check whether the filter is clean and/or needs to be replaced. Ensure the air intake openings on the bottom and top of the purifier are not clogged or blocked by obstructions. In general, the Clean 300 should be positioned at least 0.5 metres from the closest wall, and should not be placed under a table.

  • The Airfresh Clean 300 is excessively loud.

An unusually loud sound level can have a number of different causes. Please check whether there are any foreign bodies in the ventilator and that the filter is clean and correctly inserted. In addition, ensure the device is standing on a firm base.

  • How does the Airfresh Clean 300 work?

    1.       Contaminated air is drawn in. Large particles such as hair and dust are filtered out by the pre-filter
    2.      The replaceable, high-quality EPA and activated carbon filters remove pollen, dust, bacteria, viruses, ultrafine particles and even smells and gases from the air
    3.      The Airfresh Clean 300 blows the clean air out evenly, providing comfortable and hygienic air purification for your home

  • Why should I filter the air in my home?

The Airfresh Clean 300 reduces allergies, as its multi-stage, active filter system filters out up to 99.2 % of all the particles in the air larger than 3 microns. The pre-filter eliminates/filters large, heavy particles such as animal hair, house dust mites and dust. The EPA filter collects mould, house dust mites, spores, pollen and microscopic dust particles from the air. These fine particles are what can trigger allergies and asthma symptoms. In addition, the activated carbon filters remove dangerous gases such as formaldehyde and TVOC compounds such as toluene.

  • Is the Airfresh Clean 300 filter washable?

Only the pre-filter is washable. The other filters are NOT washable and cannot be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

The Airfresh Clean 300 filters smells, viruses, bacteria, pollen, animal hair, fine dust, house dust, house dust mites, VOCs.

  • How many hours can you operate the purifier for before the filter need replacing?
